This policy outlines the conditions for refunds and returns of our seedlings and plants

What can be returned?

You can return unopened and undamaged seedlings or plants within 7 days of delivery. Here are the conditions for a successful return:

  • Seedlings or plants must be in the original condition they were received.
  • Seedlings or plants must not be damaged while in your possession.
  • Seedlings or plants must not be tampered with in any way.

Damaged Items:

If you receive damaged seedlings or plants, please inform our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery. Contact information is provided below.

How to initiate a return:

  1. Contact us: Within 7 days of delivery, email us at buynfarm@gmail.com with your order details, including your order number.
  2. Reason for return (optional): Briefly explain why you’re requesting a refund. This feedback helps us improve our products and services.

Processing the Refund:

  • Our customer support team will review your request.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email and SMS notification with refund details.
  • We require a copy of your purchase receipt for return processing.
  • Refund timeframe: Once approved, it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to reach your account.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds can only be issued to the name on the original BuynFarm order and the corresponding bank account.
  • To receive a refund, please provide a photo of a canceled cheque or bank passbook along with a copy of a valid ID (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card).
  • BuynFarm does not guarantee seed germination. Seedling growth depends on factors like soil, climate, fertilizer use, and watering practices. Refunds will not be issued for germination issues.
  • BuynFarm does not guarantee growth and yield of a plant. Plant growth and yield depends on factors like soil, climate, fertilizer use, and watering practices. Refunds will not be issued for above mentioned issues.
