At BuynFarm, we want to ensure your seedlings/plants arrive at your doorstep quickly and securely. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:
- Trusted Partners: We use reliable courier agencies like DTDC, Speed and Safe, and Blue Dart to deliver your orders.
- Order Confirmation: For new customers, our team will contact you to confirm your order details, including the delivery address and pin code. This ensures accuracy and avoids delivery delays.
- Damaged Package: If the packaging shows damage upon arrival, please refuse the delivery. Take pictures of the damaged package and email them to us at info@buynfarm.in with your order reference number. We’ll work quickly to arrange a replacement shipment for you.
- Out-of-Delivery Areas: In case your delivery address falls outside the courier’s service area (ODA), you’ll be notified. You can then choose to collect the parcel from the nearest courier office. We’ll provide the address and contact information for your convenience. Our customer service team will also contact you to discuss options.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days after receiving successful payment.
- Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 7 days from ordering. In rare cases, there can be slight delays caused by shipping partners.
